The Association
NATI is a membership driven Association. It's Board of Directors is comprised of elected representatives from the membership at it's Annual General Meeting. The Board sets the strategy and policy initiatives, and the strategy is then parlayed into an operational perspective through a business plan that the Chief Executive Officer sets in motion along with the staff of the Association. The Board meets the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise scheduled.
NATI cannot operate without it's volunteers, that participate in standing committees and working groups. There are currenlty three (3) standing committees at NATI: Finance, Governance, and Policy. Working groups are established under each of the four (4) advanced technology sectors primarily served by the Association: Geomatics, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Life Sciences and Ocean Technology. The working groups meet to identify the priorities, direction and opportunities for members.
NATI is governed by it's Constitution and Governance Model.
